Positioned under Centre of Testing, Measurement and Appraisal (CeTMA) UUM, my tasks as a data analyst trainee involved cleaning, analysing and interpreting datasets to identify notable trends and patterns. In order to visualise my findings, I develop dashboards using data visualisation tools such as Microsoft Excel and Google Looker Studios. I also prepared final analysis reports to present to various stakeholders from the university. For my final task, I was in charge of conducting, developing, analysing and reporting UUM’s annual staff satisfaction and happiness survey with a 75% staff response rate.

I assisted a team of brilliant researchers from UUM on a Political Science research project. In order to obtain the minimum number of 2000 respondents needed for the study, I contacted and liaised with enumerators from all over the country. Additionally, I have experience of using Google Looker Studios and Microsoft Excel to ease my process of extracting, analysing and visualising data for the research.

As an intern under the Pre-Commercialisation team, I was entrusted onto developing MRANTI's new Learning Management System (LMS), mranti.learn. During my 4 months of internship, I created content for the LMS platform revolving the topic of Intellectual Property (IP) Commercialisation in which I had also gained the opportunity to build the courses on the platform.Additionally, I was also involved in webinars. I had written copywriting, drafted proposals, and hosted several webinars during my time there.
