Leading a national team of Learning Business Partners, creating strategies, consulting and analyzing the learning experience of employees. In this role, I developed and sponsored national projects impacting 18,000 employees in Canada. Established a coaching culture for leaders through content consultation and development with a global team and executed for North America. The key to my success was cultivating a successful team through strong leadership, coaching and employee development.

Partnering with 8-10 client groups including executive leaders of corporate teams. I created a key talent program which identified and developed future leaders with a promotion rate of 70%; lead the national annual performance cycle; directly consulted with leaders at all levels and analyzed reporting to identify areas of interest to drive business performance. Additionally I had the opportunity to be the regional HR lead for 2010 Olympics in Vancouver.
