♦ Provided technical assistance for grantees of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Center to Prevent Childhood Obesity, including research support, regional meeting session planning and development of an advocacy resource toolkit. ♦ Conducted research for Ford Asset Building project on the wealth gap and connections to race and health. ♦ Updated Asthma and Air Quality toolkit to include comprehensive information on indoor air quality, health effects and weatherization.

♦ Analyzed data from a national survey of the general public for the American Planning Association on perceptions of and priorities for the field of urban planning.♦ Interviewed city of Dallas board members regarding a proposed Complete Streets initiative.♦ Interviewed city officials across the country on transportation in their area and analyzed responses for common themes.♦ Researched transportation alternatives in the Central Texas area, created maps using commuter data by zip code and created a social networking site for “Drive Less Save More” and "RideBy! Shuttle" campaigns.♦ Created memos and charts based on interview data for research projects in Louisiana and Arkansas.

♦ Collected, coordinated, and edited figures and images for scholarly publications.♦ Co-authored and designed "Reinventing the Texas Triangle", a publication on challenges and opportunities facing the Texas Triangle Megaregion, and presented research during a panel at Wimberley Eco-Fest 2010.♦ Researched a journal article dealing with urban design and health issues when developing a neighborhood, and determining population density required to support a pedestrian or bike friendly town center following New Urbanism principles.♦ Researched market size and demand data for infill and transit oriented developments, focusing on downtown Austin.

♦ Learned the subdivision plat review process for projects in the jurisdiction of Travis County.♦ Reviewed plats and provided comments to applicants on necessary revisions to meet planning codes.

♦ Responsible for capacity allocation and factory planning, WIP support analysis, and rationalizing customer demand to factory constraints for a Motorola wafer fab. ♦ Coordinated a monthly forecast cycle and recommended capacity expansion in the factories based on the forecasts.♦ Acted as a liaison between the factories and Master Planning Analysts to schedule wafers starts in the fab and to monitor factory performance; worked with Master Planning management to determine weekly wafer starts based on business group allocation. ♦ Analyzed data on weekly and quarterly loadings versus capacity for all Motorola assembly and test factories.
