I represent investors, buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants in commercial real estate sales and leasing. I am licensed in Nebraska and have clients all over the Greater Omaha Metro area.

During my two years at Bank of The West I refined my skills in sales, customer service and networking. I enjoyed meeting new people and finding out how our products could help make their lives easier. My primary responsibilities included finding and maintaining new accounts, product cross sales and consumer lending. This being my first experience as a banking professional I learned a lot in a short amount of time such as opening new personal and business accounts, underwriting, and the never ending world of compliance! I enjoyed the technical challenges as well as working with a fun and successful team.

During my over five years at Enterprise Rent-a-Car I learned the ever evolving and challenging life of running your own business. I was on the fast track to management, becoming a Branch Manager in less than a year and continued my success from there. I wore many "hats" throughout my day as the Branch Manager such as mentor/trainer, logistic coordinator, marketing planner and customer service manager. I enjoyed growing my fleet and increasing my profit by working with area businesses such as body shops, car dealerships and other business, addressing their rental needs. During my last year at Enterprise Rent-a-Car I was promoted from Branch Manager to Account Manager in the Remarketing division. I was responsible for maintaing and cultivating new relationships with automotive dealers throughout IA and NE. I enjoyed the challenge of selling vehicles wholesale to the experts in vehicle sales. My approachable but confidant demeanor got me in a lot of unexpected doors and I was able to successful expand my market base.

During my time at Target I worked within the Human Resources field, managing benefit inquiries of over 700 clients on a weekly basis. My primary responsibilities included receiving inbound calls from current employees and researching their benefit questions. I was a consistent high performer in efficiency and time management exceeding most of the Statistical and Quality goals set for us. I also enjoyed cultivating the fun culture at Target and was the Team Activity Coordinator for my area of 50 employees. I incorporated games and challenges to foster a friendly competitive environment.
