In addition to daily studio maintenance in a team oriented company I have contributed to the growth of J Garner Studios in various capacities. I am the model/actor photographer for the Flashfolios branch of the company. I've rebranded all company documents, streamlining workflow between clients communication and team member archival. I am headed with maintaining and optimizing digital file storage to keep file organization of images intuitive and easily accessible for timely distribution. I am lead on the creation of the new company commercial website while maintaining all other web entities and handling tech support service to clients. I collaborate with team members on large conceptual photo shoots for commercial clients while staying under budget and on time. I am lead on production and design of marketing materials and promotional pieces for various branches of the company, utilizing social media to gain brand recognition and increase traffic. I am responsible for equipment organization and maintenance for optimal performance.

Operated video and audio recording equipment for internal engineering observation of Boeing aircrafts for the Flight Test division. Provided exceptional quality prints and digital files to engineers and other employees throughout the Boeing Company. I produced and managed the production of a Boeing Test Flight Safety Video to update the preflight safety procedures. I saw to the archiving, documentation and reorganization of 20+ years worth of Flight Test recordings.

I worked in the art department and helped with the graphics of the magazine itself. I was responsible for transferring articles into their layouts in Adobe InDesign and researching art collection/locations for visual elements in the magazine.
