This position involved management of strategic projects for the organization with specific focus on the planning, execution and opening of a 254 bed hospital. Responsibilities ranged from initial topical research, RFP development and award, contract negotiation and management, product and service implementation and final move-in, close-out and financial reconciliation for many systems and products, not limited to low-voltage systems (nurse call, television, security, etc) to new and reuse furniture products.
