As Director of Strategic Initiatives, I help to link the strategy with implementation. Working across business, technology and operations, I work with a small core team to define the strategic roadmap, identify the plan including cost, resourcing, timelines and dependencies, and act as the accountable executive responsible for ensuring the plan meets it's targets.
