As a Supply Chain Analyst at Medline Industries I work to enhance the supply chain for finished goods and components improving product availability. Currently I am focused on process analysis and development, working with cross functional teams to map current processes, identify opportunities for improvement, develop new processes and implement data governance policies. Leading projects to improve data quality, I have focused on growing my leadership experience and helped reduce data quality errors for numerous data fields by over 75%. Previously I perform financial business process analysis to ensure accurate financial data is available during all cycles of the supply chain. I enjoy mentor recent graduates helping them to develop professionally and navigating the work place for the first time. Prior to working for Medline, I completed my MBA in Operations and Technology Management at University of Wisconsin Madison. During my MBA I had the opportunity to work for Ford Motor Company as a Product Development Finance MBA Leadership Intern analysis the future profitability of Battery Electric Vehicles (Mach-E) and developing tools to help explain the root cause of cost variances between internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles and battery electric vehicles (BEV). The experience with Ford was a unique opportunity to use my engineering degree in parallel with the skills learned during my MBA. In May of 2015 I received my undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University. After graduating from Marquette University, I worked at Caterpillar as Hydraulic Mining Shovels Integration Engineer. During my time at Caterpillar I worked on multi-disciplinary international teams to improve designs. I continued learning and develop new problem solving skills.
