With the help of an amazing commitee and volunteers, we ran the 2022 and 2023 conferences for 300+ attendees, 40+ speakers with technical workshops, talk sessions, and sponsor engagements to empower and celebrate women in tech.

--Reporting to the VP of Product Management, I lead and enable a team of highly skilled solution managers who collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (customers, R&D engineering, UX, Implementation/Services, operations, cloud services, Sales, etc.) to design and create repeatable ECM software, services, SaaS, and technology solutions on the Hyland platform. These solutions have contributed to $50 million in new revenue and are essential to support and protect $500 million in ARR. Ensure that any developed features, services, products can be effectively used and combined to create solutions that fulfill a customer goal and specific use cases. Ensure that any solutions created by the team align with Hyland operations and maximize customer satisfaction.--Operate as a strategic thought leader for corporate business plans and product roadmaps for an industry with $500 million ARR. Understand and articulate cost analysis, customer journey, market opportunity, and technical and business “how” for new solutions.

--Lead a team of highly skilled business and technical consultants who collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (customers, Product Management, R&D, UX, Implementation/Services, Sales, etc.) to design and create high value and repeatable software, data, and technology solutions on the Hyland platform.--Mentor and coach team members to create the best solutions possible and take the next step in their own professional development. Enable the team to be successful and remove roadblocks.--Created a content capture solution that automatically and intelligently classifies clinical records from external sources received in the referrals process. This had significant ROI that reduced administrative burden and made critical clinical content available to the clinician faster. The repeatability of this solution for other customers has contributed to $40 million in revenue as part of add-on and net new sales. --Curate and manage the solution portfolio for the healthcare vertical. Prioritize solutions for development that align to corporate strategy based on market and competitive analysis and potential business value. Collaborate with business leaders internally and externally to create and align business plans, strategic goals, and operational role clarity.

Analyze large-scale business and technical workflows from multiple customers and develop standardized solutions to meet requirements. Manage and aggregate software and solution requirements in collaboration with product development to develop the best solutions possible. Responsible for defining, optimizing, and owning the solution vision through incorporating customer feedback, internal requirements, new technology, and competitive market analysis.Focus on ECM capture and EHR integrated solutions in clinical, medical records, and professional billing services areas.

Provide the necessary resources, tools, and support to the Global Healthcare Solution Delivery Team to implement the best possible business solutions for our customers. Develop OnBase healthcare implementation best practices for delivery teams to follow. Design, configure and document repeatable OnBase solutions (“model solutions”) based on established design patterns and best practices. Creator or owner of these standardized healthcare solutions deployed at healthcare organizations around the world.Establish new solution models based on target market scope, cost, and schedule to improve Hyland efficiencies and maximize customer satisfaction.Train all new healthcare employees on healthcare base implementation and best practices

Design, build, and support intelligent OnBase ECM solutions to fulfill the needs of Healthcare customers through domestic and international implementation projects lasting 3-15 months.Test and support all technical aspects of the solution from Discovery to Go-Live. Lead discussions with business owners to define requirements and design the solution.Utilize HL7, APIs, Epic integration, and other 3rd party applications to implement the solution throughout the entire organization including medical records/HIM, patient access, Release of Information, hospital billing, professional billing, and registration areas.Trained customer staff and other Solution Engineers to use, install, and configure OnBase
