I provided technical assistance to businesses who are looking to update their Smoke-Free/Tobacco Free workplace policies, including updates about new Tobacco Products that are on the market and who they are targeted towards. I also provided training to Dental Clinics who are looking to better assist their patients with the "Ask, Advise, Refer" program.Additional Duties as Assigned: I provided Urine Analysis and Breath Alcohol Testing and Drug Free Workplace Policies to area businesses.ACCOMPLISHMENT:Assisted in writing for Grant Renewal Application for Tobacco Prevention Grant through the Iowa Department of Public Health (IDPH).
