Main duties include monitoring of the forum and improving community retention through engaging with Fans and Followers to build relationships with the community, speaking at public events such a Britain's largest gaming expo about game development, staying up-to-date with digital technology trends in order to offer suggestions of new ideas including key advantages and disadvantages, production of video tutorials for ease of access, the establishment and maintenance of an online chat system for the community and weekly live streamed content to reach a larger audience.

Responsible for ensuring that all customers receive excellent service through assisting customers with questions, needs and purchases in a prompt and courteous manner. Completing each transaction in a quick and efficient way, cleaning shelves and till areas, assisting in inventory counts and deliveries of new stock, preparing merchandise for display as well as setting up merchandise on the sales floor and maintaining those displays, making sure the store looks it’s best at all times.

Responsible for facilitating office organisation and communication by performing administrative duties and creation of promotional materials to allow effective and efficient day to day running of the department.

Responsible for the daily management of an arcade, tasks including; opening and closing of arcade and additional satellites, cleaning and restocking of machines as well as creation of appealing displays, weekly stock checks, money management for refunds, health and safety checks with fault reports, and customer service dealing with queries and complaints.

Main duties included the creation and maintenance of an online store which involved the design of logos, photography of products and writing of product descriptions. I was also responsible for promotion and advertisement of the store, creation of all products sold, processing and shipping as well as customer service.
