My background consists of designing strategic planning, liaising with governments across SSA for formal and informal partnerships, building new programs in new countries of operation, leading and supporting team growth, establishing new countries of operation, working alongside individuals in low-resource settings from diverse cultural backgrounds, and supporting individual staff, teams, and external partner development to achieve exceptional results. Outside of work, I am passionate about movement; cycling long distances (quickly), jogging short distances (slowly), leading yoga classes and meditation sessions. Movement helps support my productivity in a remote or in-person office setting and is part of what guides me in my day-to-day responsibilities leading teams with a calm, encouraging, and collaborative attitude.
