At MacKay Sposito, I work on wetland, stream, and shoreline projects performing delineations, habitat assessments, critical areas reports, bank use plans, and mitigation plans. I also have experience preparing and submitting 401 WQ Request Forms, Joint Aquatic Resources (JARPA) and State Environmental Policy Act Compliance (SEPA) permit applications, Hydraulic Project Approval (HPA), and work with various agencies including the US Army Corps of Engineers, Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife, and Washington State Department of Ecology. I am committed to protecting environmentally distinct habitat functions and values, critical areas, and water resources through conservation, mitigation, and the restoration of natural systems.
