Conduct systematic reviews and statistical analyses with a variety of data sources including nationally representative surveillance data, prospective cohort study data, vital statistics, and administrative data from safety net clinics. Serve as project coordinator for multiple studies employing electronic medical record data from community health centers (PCORI-funded PCORnet project, ADVANCE).

Develop and deliver lectures, assist in the development of exam questions and grading rubrics, and grade course materials. Develop and maintain online course site, coordinate guest lecture reminders and instructions. Contributing to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Human Papillomavirus Vaccine Impact Project, a multi-state initiative to: 1) Determine the burden of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) 2/3 and adenocarcinoma in situ (AIS) and monitor trends in incidence; 2) Conduct HPV testing for a subset of cases to monitor HPV types; 3) Monitor and evaluate the impact of the HPV vaccines; and 4) Describe cervical cancer screening utilization among females 18 – 39 years to monitor trends over time using methodology other than self report. Utilizing the All Payer All Claims (APAC) database, a product of 2009 mandate for reporting of majority of insurance claims in Oregon, to contribute to objectives 1 and 4.

Developed and evaluated psychometric surveys. Served as project coordinator for local and multi-site mental health clinical studies. Supervised undergraduate health services interns.
