I have always been in love with consuming and deconstructing knowledge. It started with my love for higher education hording multiple degrees which extended into a fulfilling career in academia. This opened the door for my passion to understand text and make translation my second field of interest. After contemplating the common denominator in these two different fields, I came to the simple conclusion of 'I like to understand people on multiple levels'. With that in mind, Recruitment and HR had a huge grip on me as I know that I enjoy finding the right people for the right roles. This gave me the fire to start yet another master’s degree in business psychology to help me further elevate my understanding for people in organisations. Other than my education and work experience, I simply enjoy working with passionate people. I cannot think of a better life goal than leaving a positive mark with every role I take on.
