Sarah joined Franks Law Office in 2017 as an attorney. In May 2021, she became a Shareholder Attorney. She took on managing the office in December, 2021. During this time, Sarah practiced almost exclusively in the area of family law, including resolving cases via mediation, arbitration, and litigation.

Sarah's work in the family courts was often informed by practice in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, including preparation for jury trials.
