About Sarah Bassine

I am a Creative Director, copywriter, screenwriter and filmmaker. After graduating from Columbia Film School, and before working in advertising, I spent years in the independent film industry in New York, writing, producing and developing projects. My multidisciplinary skills inform the work I do every day. A conceptual thinker and versatile storyteller, I bring deep functional experience in brand identity, positioning, strategy, messaging, copywriting and integrated campaign development across industries and media, including film, digital, social, experiential, print, OOH, audio and more. I have an MFA in Film from Columbia University School of the Arts and am a member of NYWIFT, New York Women In Film and Television. My award-winning filmwork has screened at more than 30 film festivals and venues worldwide, including Sundance, SXSW and the Film Society of Lincoln Center’s Independents Night at the Walter Reade Theater.
