Throughout my career I have consistently achieved and surpassed commercial targets through insight, innovation and creativity across marketing, digital and sponsorship.With a solid professional grounding in sales, marketing and finance from Procter & Gamble in Switzerland and Asia, I went on to develop my digital platform and creative skills at various digital and creative agencies as well as broaden my industry experience consulting start-ups across media, tech and sport – focused on commercialising audience growth.I moved into football 4 years ago at Southampton Football Club to bring outside thinking in, to grow and engage fanbases, drive commercial revenue and identify and negotiate profitable partnerships based on strategic alliances and shared values. I was a key member of the club leadership team. Staying in the Premier League, I have consulted and delivered Brighton & Hove Albion some new strategic direction with their brand, marketing, digital and commercial teams, and also worked at City Football Group to develop and manage the Global Pay to Play football schools program - working closely with Melbourne City and New York City.I currently serve as a trustee on the board of Kick it Out with a focus on driving commercial revenue for the charity. I am a regular international speaker on the commercial potential of women’s football and finally, I get my boots dirty every week as a FA Level 1 coach, with committee and coaching roles in grassroots girl’s football.
