As a seasoned professional specializing in employee mobility, I manage the dynamics of cross-border movements between Canada, the U.S., and beyond. My focus lies in navigating the Canadian and U.S. personal tax and payroll implications, minimizing disruption for employees crossing international borders.With a diverse clientele spanning industries such as manufacturing, consumer goods, and technology, I bring expertise to both well-established mobility programs and those just embarking on the journey of addressing employee travel implications. Recognizing the interplay between personal tax and payroll issues and their intersection with corporate tax implications, I collaborate closely with local and international colleagues to deliver comprehensive solutions that address our clients' mobility challenges.A graduate of the University of Waterloo’s Master of Accounting program, and a Canadian CPA, CA, I also hold a U.S. CPA designation. I have also contributed as an author to the resource "Introduction to International Tax in Canada."Beyond my professional pursuits, I am deeply committed to community service.
