With seven years of experience as CEO at The Nuclear Institute, I lead the strategic direction and operations of the UK's professional body for the nuclear sector. My mission is to promote excellence in nuclear science, engineering, and technology, and to support the professional development and recognition of our members and the wider nuclear community.As a Member of the MemberWise Network, I also share best practices and insights with other association and membership leaders across various sectors and industries. I have a strong background and expertise in people and skills issues, project planning, and human resources, which enable me to deliver effective and innovative solutions for the challenges and opportunities facing the nuclear sector and the NI team.Working as a newly-appointed Trustee of a local charity also helps me see life from the other side of the boardroom table.
