I oversaw the preparation, scheduling, and implementation of the Femex class offering: 16 week curriculum of experiential based learning centered around gender, power and privilege, and anti-oppression. Femex runs two sessions a year, with an average of four classes for 60+ participants total per session. I recruited, trained, managed, and supported 8-10 facilitators, 4-5 mentors, and four additional programming team members per session. I developed and facilitated five day long trainings to ensure facilitators were effectively implementing the curriculum and running successful classes. I coordinated the outreach and recruitment for program participants through organizing a team to reach out to targeted organizations and distributing promotional material. I collected data to improve program by giving a mid-session and end of session survey to participants and facilitators.
