After spending the last 22 years growing from a file clerk at my first dental job to landing Chief Operating Officer at thirty-three years old in the most challenging and cut-throat dental market there is; Los Angeles, CA; I could develop company initiatives, implement dental operations or decipher P & L’s in my sleep. What do I want to do next? Today I employ over 400 employees and my greatest desire is to spread Servant Leadership, Grace and Humility to the world. Each milestone of my career meant mistakes and moments I became better and closer to the most elite there is in the dental world and business world. My greatest desire is to share this knowledge with others and create an empire of successful entrepreneurs who share knowledge and become better, together.90% of our success or failure will come down to one thing, communication. Whether we choose to communicate about a truth, lie, failure or success is mostly up to our willingness to be one of those four things. Dental is not merely a passion for me. Dental is the type of business I thrive in because I have learned every nook and cranny of information I could soak up from the most spectacular mentors. I’ve chosen to take this information and transform it into incredible successes and in turn mentored others to achieve their own victories. Overall, I’m proud of every individual who has taught me humility, a great desire to love God first, and every single blessing of great wisdom which has guided my leadership of others.
