I have a BA in Psychology and Communication from Lindsey Wilson College, where I gained valuable skills in interpersonal communication, critical thinking, and research. Currently, I am working as a HR Admin at Superior Mobile Health, a leading provider of mobile health services. In this role, I support the HR team in various tasks, such as scheduling, filing, data entry, recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, payroll processing, and learning/ development.Before joining Superior Mobile Health, I was a Recruiter at Insight Global, a staffing and consulting company that specializes in IT, engineering, and finance. There, I identified and evaluated top consultants for client requirements, developed and maintained a network of candidate prospects, and negotiated wage rates and contracts. I also used the company’s applicant tracking system to manage the recruitment process and communicate with consultants and clients. I enjoy working in fast-paced and dynamic environments, where I can apply my active listening, process improvement, and problem-solving skills. I am always eager to learn new skills and grow professionally in the HR field.
