As the founder and CEO of With the Band, I help artists better engage, manage, and monetize their fan bases through our proprietary FAN CREW web/app platform. With the Band is a turnkey solution for artists to create a modern-day fan club, where they can interact with their fans via posts, private messaging, virtual meet & greets, live streams, and more. We also provide artists with an analytic dashboard where they can see individualized and broad data about their fans, all at a zero start-up cost to the artist.I launched With the Band in 2017 after realizing the opportunity to improve fan engagement between artists and their fans based on my own experience as a fan and a digital strategist in the music industry. Since then, I have grown With the Band from an idea in my dorm room to a company captivating packed out arenas with creative and collaborative fan projects. Some of our notable activations include the “Comeback Project” at the Jonas Brothers’ Happiness Begins Tour and the “Rainbow Project” at Kacey Musgraves’ Oh What a World sold-out concert in Nashville, TN. I have also won multiple pitch competitions and grants from organizations like Belmont University, Sigma Nu Tau, LaunchTN, and the Country Music Association (CMA), and I was named one of Belmont’s Top 100 Alumni Entrepreneurs in 2020. I graduated from Belmont University in 2019 with a double major in Entrepreneurship and Music Business, and I am passionate about creating a community where fans and artists feel a part of something bigger than themselves.
