At Caesars Entertainment I worked diligently to help improve technical capabilties both guest facing and back-end. I implemented and coordinated marketing projects worth over $5 million dollars. I focused on continuous process improvement by creating documentation that allows others to easily take on tasks that were previously handled only by subject matter experts. I trained hundreds of employees on various Caesars Entertainment functionalities and assisted in rolling out new capabilities to 30+ properties, working with both Front of House employees and technical teams.

As the Marketing Assistant for Yelp Las Vegas, I was the Community Managers go to for all things Yelpy. I represented Yelp at marketing events and pitched event sponsors. I managed swag inventory and wrote the Local Yelp, a weekly newsletter sharing the best of Las Vegas with the community. I spent time on the discussion boards and consistently messaged both business owners and Yelp Elites to continue to promote a strong online community. Part of this community building included creating quality content by adding events, pictures, reviews to Yelp Las Vegas. In addition to these tasks, I developed, organized, and executed guerrilla marketing campaigns such as Yelp Fit Club 2017.

As an instructor for Oral Communications at UNLV I lectured, evaluated, and assigned grades to hundreds of students in three separate sections per semester. I helped students achieve proficiency in oral and written communication skills. I advised on the direction of the basic course with my direct supervisor, created lecture materials, and managed in-class student activity. Additionally, I guided pre-professional students in the bi-annual campus-wide Speech Contest. As a speaking coach I was also given the opportunity to participate in assisting a TEDxUNLV speaker in their preparation for the Spring 2016 event.

I maintained minor accounting logs and record keeping for the Department of Transportation and created a standardized phone script to ease training of new employees.
