Directing diverse high school events (pep rallies, homecoming, prom, graduation, academic ceremonies, etc.), ensuring seamless execution and fostering unity. Being a small campus I was directly over instructional coaching, testing coordination, and the substitute coordinator. My daily responsibilities were to ensure that all classrooms were covered and floating substitutes were properly assigned for the day. As an instructional coach I created a data wall that was used by all content areas to help with gathering assessment data and planning. I implemented PLC's on the campus and was able to help build the master schedule to create common planning times for each content. As the testing coordinator I organized and implemented the interims, benchmarks, EOC, SAT, PSAT, TSI, AP, and tracked our CCMR for the campus. My other job responsibilities were part of the administration team where we planned events, worked on the campus improvement plan, and discussed daily operations at the campus.

The direct line between my team and administration. Participated in observations of the eight teachers in my department, ensuring the needs of the teachers and students were met. In charge of the department budget and purchasing necessary supplies to help low socioeconomic students thrive in the school year. Organizing and implementing weekly and monthly meetings as needed. Creating training to help teachers with implementing technology in the classroom and how to foster student growth. Responsible for checking each teacher's lesson plans and ensuring the plans were completed on time in accordance with campus expectations. Responsible for planning, implementing, and facilitating sixth grade math and sixth grade pre-ap math lessons. Creating a technology rich environment where instruction was student driven based on their needs. The students would all start with a video lesson and then work in stations to complete an independent activity, a collaboration activity, computer component, and a small group that was teacher led. The students have a personal tracker where they document their progress for each TEKS and based on the areas that needed additional practice, they would complete those activities based on student choice to achieve mastery. Gathering, interpreting, and creating a plan based on data received from classroom and district assessments. Due to being in the MIZ Grant and having to track IXL information for each student, created a formatted excel file to identify students who needed more help with reaching their weekly goals set by the grant.

Creating and implementing lessons for sixth, seventh, and eighth grade math, sixth grade social studies, and eighth grade career explorations. Assisted the principal of secondary in every day duties including disciplinary actions of students and monitoring behavior in other classes when needed. Creating, analyzing, and changing instruction based on data provided through assessments in the classroom and provided by the district. Organized and taught summer school for middle and high school students. As a testing coordinator and TELPAS Rater, I mainly worked with the secondary part of the campus. Created, organized, and implemented the “ZAP Program” (Zero’s aren’t permitted) and Saturday school to ensure that students in high school classes would receive the necessary credits for their graduation plan. In charge of EOC and STAAR testing for secondary by ensuring all accommodations were in place for each student and that the teachers followed state guidelines to ensure testing validity. This included December EOC Testing, STAAR Test, and Summer School testing administration.

Responsible for surgical cases from start to finish including proper count of all instruments and other necessary surgery items ranging from small vascular surgeries to heart transplants. Developed and implemented an employee manual outlining all proper supplies and equipment needed to perform specific surgeries.
