Applying PMP best practices to my role, I have streamlined our grant and event planning processes and digitized our database. The results to date? Increases in funding and grant awards (many earned after years without success). I also serve as the point person for the development of compelling presentation materials used for proposals to corporate, foundation, government and private entities.

I developed and executed an end-to-end, requirements-based project roadmap that expanded our organization’s alumni giving framework and increased its fundraising capacity 3X – earning distinction for having the university’s strongest alumni engagement. I accepted a promotion to lead the transformation of Phillips 66, the university’s prestigious engineering scholarship program funded by Phillip Conoco, from lackluster to thriving. By focusing on stakeholder satisfaction, I developed a college-to-hire professional development roadmap resulting in a 2X increase in hiring of prestigious scholarship recipients. I also gained leadership buy-in and led our donor database migration to a cloud-based CRM from end-to-end including user training in 8 months – partnering with IT throughout on software customization.
