Talent Acquisition Partner Ii
Current- Participates in development of recruitment strategies and prepares all recruitment materials
- Coordinates personnel requisition process by working with appropriate hiring manager to establish a target date for filling position.
- Develops candidate pool for each open position by communicating with the manager concerning appropriate postings for the week.
- Coordinates with each hiring manager which advertising mechanisms to employ and places, as is appropriate, job ads in newspapers, professional journals, internet, etc…
- Develops recruiting contracts with agencies and/or placement firms on an as needed basis.
- Participates in off-site job fairs, school career days and coordinates on-site job fairs.
