I am a passionate and energetic registered massage therapist originally from the East Coast of Canada and now living in Calgary, Alberta. I am passionate about client care and building and maintaining lasting relationships with the people I treat. I strongly believe in a balanced approach to overall health and wellness, and I believe that stress-reduction is right alongside diet and exercise as important factors in optimizing well-being. I hope to continue expanding my clientele through hands-on treatments and remedial exercise education while networking with local healthcare professionals from a variety of different practices to ensure a well-rounded treatment plan for all of my clients. I want to someday be able to incorporate yoga and nutrition training into my professional practice.My favourite type of massage to perform is therapeutic massage delivered in a relaxing way. I feel that nurturing the muscles, skin, and mind makes for a complete service that will be helpful to the client long after they've left the massage table.
