In my career journey I have worked with and for the highest level leading brands of their industry in Business to Business Communications and Services. From working first starting, small Printer Repair and Supply Business "Benit Printer Repairs". I communicated on behalf of this small business to close and repeat interactions with "Primo Foods" resulting in the Primo becoming the small businesses biggest and most loyal client for over 3 years. This was part-time work.My next Business to Business interaction being in "DHL Supply Chain" in their new partnership with leading technology company "Apple Inc". This was a full-time position in the company. Operating on behalf of DHL I was involved in the repair of +$1,500,000 worth of Apple products. I was producing at the highest level recorded, achieving 150%-250% of daily requirement, this lead me to be trusted in much needed training roles to new starters in my area.I had provided +100 pieces of much needed brand new stationary equipment to my co-workers using my own financial resources, this caused the whole office to get into the flow of work 5 minutes from start time instead of the regular 10 minutes. Due to this, the office of 30 collectively was able to produce an extra 2.5 hours of productivity per day. I was commended by supervisors and co-workers for the initiative they had not seen from anyone else. From here I briefly worked with a Charity where I was professionally trained in face to face interactions, in this role I learnt high value marketing communication skills I still use to this day. Skills included: Body Language Optimisation | Voice Tone & Pitch: What different sounds convey and how to use them | Language techniques: How to make people want to open up to you | Marketing communication techniques: How to convey to someone how a certain product or service will benefit their life | Closing Techniques | This Role gave me thee opportunity to travel New South Wales. My most recent role was as a Production Assistant for leading eco-friendly cosmetics company LUSH. During my seasonal employment period at LUSH I was involved in the production of +$100,000 worth of quality products. Reaching targets daily and exceeding targets by over 150% 2-4 times a week.I truly find my passion and strongest skills lean towards Business Communications, Hitting Targets and Marketing. If you have any questions relating to my experience or would like to speak to me about a job opportunity feel free to email me at:sarah.binakaj16@gmail.com
