- Preparation of correspondence and reports on Word
- Logistical co-ordination for Operations Management Team - offices, pcs, printers, "who does whatknowledge", contacts etc
- File and SharePoint administration for Operations Management Team
- Conducting in-depth research, reports, and briefing notes for the Operations Management Team,on a wide range of areas, for a range of external engagements.
