Specialising in individual and couples therapy, my approach integrates relational principles with therapeutic practices to foster profound healing, relational health and connection.My commitment extends to empowering individuals with mindfulness tools, a mission reflected in my co-authored book with Jessica Kingsley Publishers. Facilitating transformation through various modalities, I am dedicated to nurturing my clients so they can achieve successful outcomes. I feel privileged to have lived and worked in Europe, the Middle East, Central America and South Asia and as a result, I enjoy working with people from all cultures, faiths (or no faith), sexual orientations and backgrounds.
