Transport Administrator And Assistant Planner
CurrentMy job involves organizing the handling, storage and transportation of tiles using logistic services. I identify appropriate routes and means of transportation, develop schedules and take care of the formalities. I use both my administration and customer service skills dealing with paperwork, drivers, other departments and customers over the phone and via email. It is often imperative to the smooth running of the department that customers deliveries are checked and booked in, both of which I do with a positive and cheerful telephone manner.
