My main workload was to manage the administration and organisation of training for all employees. I was also involved in recruiting new employees, handling all maternity cases for the organisation and re-writing job descriptions as part of an internal re-branding campaign.I worked as part of a team on a 6 month research project into how to better harness developing technologies for businesses all over the region, which I took a key role in delivering.
