As an executive coach, trusted advisor, and confidant, I tip the scales of toxic leadership … equipping leaders with the tools to work through the complex & difficult realities of executive leadershipIt is no secret that the top executive levels are rife with toxic leaders who cause great harm in the organizations they lead. I help challenged leaders find new ways of operating to reduce the harm. And I work with healthy leaders to reduce their risk of flaming out, burning out, or getting pushed out. My vantage point as an executive coach, along with my own experience as a senior leader, has given me a deep understanding of the executive reality and what it takes to survive and thrive as an executive (without losing your soul). I take a very real-world approach, dealing with what is and not what should be, helping executives to be politically savvy, to wield power with grace, and to deal with the ugly in healthy ways.My “superpower” is the ability to help leaders sort through and untangle highly complex challenges with often conflicting and disparate issues to identify the root issues and discover a simplified path forward.I hold a Ph.D. in Industrial / Organizational Psychology and have been coaching and developing leaders for over two decades.
