Support a team of development staff and fundraising efforts in the Lehigh Valley & berks and Northeast, PA markets by completing various tasks such as data entry, event logistics, processing of funds, and preparing correspondence, meeting minutes, spreadsheets, materials, and reports. Design and coordinate event materials including invitations, programs, presentations, signage, and decor. Coordinate and collaborate with vendors to execute event logistics. Design social media graphics to promote and educate about upcoming events and campaigns. Assist in recruiting and training groups of volunteers to support at various events.

Provide leadership to players and coaches while reinforcing player fundamentals and coaching technique. Develop game plans and make strategic decisions in-game, to put players in position to succeed. Prepare team for travel to variety of tournaments and clinics. Utilized virtual meeting tools to host practices and meetings during pandemic.
