Clients can choose from pre-made designs and have them altered to their purposes. Clients also request original designs which can also be altered until the finished product matches the client's vision.

As Sales Floor Manager, I hold an extensive knowledge of the products within the store and use that knowledge to be sure the customers find products relevant to their needs. I am also responsible for smoothing out conflict and retaining the favor of the customer while remaining inside company policy.
