Contracted with large manufacturers to help them efficiently and profitably manage a variety of waste streams, primarily paper grades. A large component of this work entails supplying Caraustar paper mills with recovered fiber. I also negotiated pricing structure, contracts and networked to find end users for various materials. At this state agency that oversees and holds most of the conservation easements for Virginia, I assisted in the coordination, monitoring, and enforcement of conservation easements, and managed tax data on credits for easements.

In the Municipal and Industrial Waste Division, I coordinated voluntary partnership programs with retail and industry partners. I also organized stakeholder meetings and subsequent projects related to paper recycling as well as container & packaging recycling.
