Reporting to the President and CEO, I serve as the Executive leader of the client delivery operation. As a Senior Executive, I also influenced the overall vision and direction of the company.~ Continuously scale production team to the tune of ~10% annual growth, designing and operationalizing structural iterations to support seamless and profitable growth. Plan and lead company-wide re-orgs focused on maintaining efficiencies while creating a scalable structure design to both retain talent and deliver outstanding project outcomes. ~ Provide executive-level leadership for cross-functional teams (~200 person production team) to plan, build, and launch digital products with a focus on user experience and enterprise content management. ~ Manage direct reports at the executive and director level reporting into the Project Management and Program Management disciplines. ~ Craft and own hiring plans for Project Manager discipline~ Responsible for ensuring their assigned Groups achieve exemplary client outcomes, key KPIs (e.g. utilization, NPS scores, effective rate), and represent 10up’s Vision and Values day to day.Collaborate with other Discipline Executives and Directors to champion cross-discipline leadership and perspective across all areas of the organization.

• Support the director of communications and executive team in all communications efforts for TruGreen • Served as interim director of communications during three-month leave reporting directly to TruGreen President • Consult on company-wide strategic initiatives • Provide strategic change management communication support and planning • Design, write and edit daily digital newsletters distributed to 8,000 associates • Coordinate with web development and design teams to create and maintain intranet site on WordPress platform which is used by over 4,500 associates• Serve as intranet manager • Collaborate with diverse teams to plan, implement and assess a variety of communications projects related to internal messaging, marketing, and public relations • Manage multiple vendors and projects including video production, visual messaging, event planning, intranet design and print publications
