Working in the Integration Management Office, Student Experience and Administration Domain, to bring the new Adelaide University to life.

Marketing and Communications: team leader role with UniSA's prospective student enquiries team, known as Future Student Enquiries (FSE). I'm responsible for the day to day leadership of the team, ensuring we answer enquiries from prospective student in a timely manner, across many channels, including one on one appointments, phone and web enquires, emails and social media. I'm responsible for answering enquiries about UniSA's MBA program, as well as relationship management across many Academic Services' teams for enquiry follow up. I'm responsible for rostering, training of staff, updating and creation of internal documents, development of email templates and blurbs, assistance with the development of a new CRM, assistance with reporting, assistance with and attendance of student recruitment events, maintaining stock of marketing material and brochure mails outs, developing admissions related social media content as well as assistance to my supervisors in ongoing marketing and communications projects.

A Future Student Enquiries Officer offers advice to potential students on UniSA programs, pathways and student life through one on one appointments, emails and phone calls. We also attend student recruitment events.

Representing the Marketing degree, and the Business School, from a student perspective. I was also previously a Student Ambassador for UniSA's extra curricula program, Global Experience.

ASC is a UniSA campaign that runs yearly from November to January, offering help and advice to potential students on university programs, pathways and providing information on student life. The campaign is based around SATAC application deadlines and offers release, as this is when applicants have many questions surrounding university.

I volunteered once a week in the Marketing and Media department, learning about and gaining skills in all areas/projects. I gained skills in creating and promoting catalogues for Oxfam Shop (physical and online), desktop research, and writing product descriptions and magazine product briefs.

I volunteered in the Business Development unit, learning valuable marketing skills such as desktop research, event drafting, event planning and brochure drafting.
