- Analyze provincial and federal fiscal legislation to ensure that RBC is in regulatory compliance with all fiscal regulations in regards to Canadian banking.- Conduct monitoring and testing reviews regarding RBC's management of fiscal relationships with clients to mitigate risk to the bank.

The RBC Career Launch Program provides 100 recent graduates across Canada a one-year paid Rotational Program which provides students with experience in three key departments within the bank and its partner organizations to help kick-start their careers. - Works under the supervision of the Jarislowsky Democracy Chair, and in conjunction with the Samara Centre for Democracy, to investigate the impact Covid-19 regulations have on the public perception of, and reaction to, national governments from their citizens.- Conducts research gap assessments of Covid-19 regulations in countries such as Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, the UK, and the US.

- Support the Girls Belong Here initiative, which sees young women between the age of 14-24 take part in seat shares and innovation hubs with partner company CEOs and Presidents.- Organize and coordinate the Girls Belong Here Virtual Celebration Event that hosted 150 individuals. - Facilitate innovation hubs, mentorship circles, and provide career development opportunities for the Youth Ambassadors participating in the Girls Belong Here initiative to engage with leaders from corporate partnerships.

Assisting in the realization of several research projects relating to the psychology behind social media engagement and the impact of technology on social interactions. This includes undertaking literature reviews, statistical analysis of programmed experiments, drafting reports, and preparing ethical applications for all applicable experiments and studies.

As a Research Analyst for the Institute for Peace and Diplomacy, I produce high quality policy research and analysis on Canadian foreign policy relating to the Asia Pacific region and Canada-China relations. I also aid in coordinating panel discussions with experts in the field of diplomacy, security, and intelligence. I concurrently produce media content for the Institute and lead the company's podcast discussion series which aims to provide in-depth discussions with experts in the field of peace and diplomacy.

In my capacity as the Disarmament, Peace, and Security Intern at the Permanent Mission of Canada to the United Nations, I provided research, analytical, and administrative services in support of the Canadian Deputy Permanent Representative to the Conference on Disarmament at the United Nations. I analyze relevant disarmament issues, particularly relating to weapons of mass destruction, Space Security, land mines, cluster munitions, and the global arms trade. I also manage competing demands during the conference season and effectively coordinate communication between the Canadian Mission and other partner establishments and country offices. When time permits, I also work with the Humanitarian Affairs division for ECOSOC meetings and with the Human Rights division during the Human Rights Council.

Works with the Office of Advancement in the Faculty of Applied Science & Engineering to foster better relations between Alumni, potential donors, and the University. Creates graphic designs on behalf of the Office for upcoming events, fundraisers, and reports.

Conducted one-on-one visits to over 1500 small businesses in the Central West Region of Ontario to increase awareness of Ontario’s Labour Legislation, such as the Employment Standards Act, Pay Equity, and the Occupational Health and Safety Act. I also distributed resource kits with legislative posters and information to assist businesses’ in achieving compliance with current Labour legislation. Likewise, I worked with the University of Waterloo to help educate business owners and managers about the importance of ergonomics in the workplace and the effects of musculoskeletal disorder. At the end of the three months, I complied an end of term report, which was presented to the regional manager indicating the trends and issues found within the data collected over the three month period. This included recommendations for new and insightful ways for the Ministry of Labour to interact with small businesses in the future.

I worked as the advisor to the American Delegation from Western University during the annual Model NATO conference held at Carleton University. I supported the acting delegates throughout the pre-conference drafting of reports and kept and open line of communication with them throughout the conference. The aim was to allow senior delegates the chance to work with new students and fostered interactive engagement with diplomacy.

Worked as delegate of the Hungarian Delegation at the Model NATO conference held at Carleton University. I specifically worked on the Euro-Atlantic Partnership Committee during the conference and drafted mock-legislation pertaining to the refugee crisis in the Middle East and growing tension surrounding humanitarian aid.
