As the Human Resources Manager I dealt with all issues relating to disciplinary, grievance procedures and any employment law. Being in charge of 215 employees over two different sites meant there was always a multitude of disciplinary hearings, grievance hearings, management meetings and other situations taking place. With a focus on multi-tasking I showed an ability to prioritise my workload and keep calm under pressure.

As the HR administrtor I took part in a great deal of training to learn about the world of human resources and employment law; an area I hadn't been involved in previously. I kept employee handbooks and contracts updated and dealt with day-to-day personnel jobs.As my knowledge developed I became confident in making decisions regarding payroll and general employment queries. In January 2014 I set up auto enrolment pensions for the company. I had to show that I was organised and able to stick to deadlines to ensure we complied with auto enrolment legislation.

As a sales coordinator I worked within the internal sales department liaising with customers about their requirements and preparing specifications on the computer system. The role itself was more of a customer services role as it involved dealing with complaints and resolving issues. During my time as a sales coordinator I produces work that was on time and accurate and built up good rapports with our customers.
