Sarah Cadwallader MSW, LISW-S I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work and am a Licensed Independent Social Worker and Supervisor. I have worked in the mental health and addiction field for a combined 20 years. I believe treatment is a partnership that involves active, ongoing work. Instead of adhering strictly to one approach, I take into consideration the uniqueness and individuality of the client. Relevant therapeutic methods are adapted and integrated to create a holistic treatment plan that best serves the client’s needs. I love helping my staff grow as clinicians and invest much time into them. Areas of focus: Adults, couples/marital, families, adolescents and psychoeducational groups, substance use/addiction, anxiety disorders, depression, Bipolar, PTSD, violence prevention, parenting issues. Familiar with working with MAT providers. Modalities: I use primarily CBT, MI, Solution Focused Treatment, and I am a DBT-informed therapist to treat depressive disorders and self-injury/self-harming behaviors.
