Here are some of my favorite initiatives:▶️ Making Work… Work: I led the transition to a new HRIS, Paylocity to increase efficiency in Onboarding, Compliance Training, Benefit and Performance Cycles. Additionally, we upgraded our talent acquisition software to Smart Recruiter. I worked closely with the IT and finance teams from selection through rollout to ensure a smooth incorporation of both systems company-wide.▶️ Assess & Address: We partnered with Gallup to conduct a company-wide assessment of company culture. My team synthesized the survey data and used it to add tangible value by facilitating the creation of our Affinity groups and enhanced key benefits, including: health insurance, 401k benefits and paid parental leave.▶️ Principal with a PurposeWhen not serving as the Chief People Officer, I serve as the Principal for my own accounting and human resources firm that specializes in Operational Accounting and HR strategy.
