Garment Technician Coordinator, Product Operations - Collection Pod
Current- Responsible for assisting Collection Pod Leads in coordination, documentation, and communication of style changes throughout various stages of the design process. - Develop technical packages, including specs, fit comments, pattern correction sketches, fabric and trim requirements within appropriate tolerances and predefined performance standards.- Provide technical information and sample requirements for execution of tasks completed by our in-house seamstress room.- Act as a Collection Pod Lead or Assistant Lead during large, multi-day photoshoots, making certain that the images and videos produced for selling/marketing materials reflect the highest of gown standards and fit.- Liaise with the Merchandising Operations team in updating all samples and tracking gown movement to ensure all gowns traveling to various wholesalers for testing data are an accurate representation of the design at its current stage in the development process. - Participate in meetings with international office colleagues for collection responsibilities, sharing updates, project advancement, and training opportunities.
