The Donor Development Manager supports the Associate Director and Executive Director/ Director of Donor Development, positioning March of Dimes as a leader in maternal and child health care in the respective market as well as establishing effective partnerships and collaborations with corporations, foundations, community/corporate leaders, government officials, other community organizations/nonprofits and supporters.As Donor Development Manager, I am responsible for cultivating, growing, and managing a portfolio of donors. This position will utilize constituent relationship management systems to facilitate managing their revenue streams through analytical reporting to evaluate and implement individualized strategic plans. This includes developing/stewarding donor relationships and mobilizing supporters in a manner that drives mission impact and increases overall revenue growth. In this position, I will collaborate to execute event core tactics through leadership, engagement, empowerment, and mobilization of volunteers.

Oversee marketing campaigns, marketing materials, social media accounts, and create communications for constituents. Managing the LBCC Faculty and Staff Giving Program and Alumni Association activations.

Manage social media and content creation program, oversee fundraising efforts for the Payroll Deduction program and the Annual Fund, liaison for the Board of Governors.

Supporting the Foundation Executive Director, Foundation staff and Board of Governors and all office-related issues. Overseeing social media and ensuring all communications are handled quickly, efficiently and accurately.

Monitoring the team during study hall hours to make sure they had the most academic success possible. I assisted coach during workouts as needed, including running drills, instructing the team, and motivating the girls during hard weight workouts. I filmed every game and some intersquad games using the RightViewPro 3-camera system. I coded each clip for easy retrieval for later analysis.

Monitor academic success of student athletes, assist head coach during practices and drills, act as a motivator and mentor to these young ladies.

Directly running third party events held at the Walter Pyramid. I manage all Event Staff members to keep them in position, handle their shift schedules, and keep track of all radios and uniforms they use. As supervisor I communicate effectively with the client to meet their needs, organize Facilities management, coordinate with CSC security members to keep the building secure, and keep inventory of all rooms and supplies used by the client.

Current tasks include handling money during ticket sale transactions, coding correct date and seat location in the Ticketmaster system for sale, as well as having impeccable customer service.

I was assistant to the Event Supervisor for all athletic competitions and third party events. I organized Event Staff team, I supported the Event Supervisor with tasks directly from the client, coordinated with CSC security, and helped coordinate with Facilities members to keep the building up and running.

I worked as an Event Staff member for school sanctioned events, sporting events, and third party events/conventions. Tasks included collecting tickets, usher, and security support.

I was an intern, I assisted in the grant writing process, researched information on smoking cessation and alcohol abuse prevention, and wrote informative articles for local middle and high schools.
