CurrentRotation 3: Office of the Chief Operating Officer, Customer Experience Rotation 2: Planning and Regional Development Department (January 2024-Present)Conducted a Trans-Hudson Market Analysis using TB&T survey data to identify key patterns, trends, and outliers impacting Agency principles, resulting in enhanced data analytics skills and strategic facility knowledge.Supported Transportation Planning team by conducting nationwide agency interviews, analyzed best practices in public participation, developed recommendations for improved community engagement at Port Authority, and contributed to the creation of a Public Participation Guide.Led AI initiative, including outreach to 3-8 AI companies, organization of an AI coalition event, and securing a pilot related to fare evasion.Rotation 1: LaGuardia Airport, Maintenance Department (July 2023-January 2024)Revised the 2024 Snow and Ice Control Plan (SICP). Coordinated with Structural Maintenance and Maintenance Management to ensure all information in SICP is comprehensive, up-to-date, accurate, and reflects latest protocols and processes. Developed a comprehensive SharePoint database to centralize resources to all Maintenance materials.Supported budget preparation by tracking each unit's actual spend, on a monthly basis. Created monthly summary sheets of overtime hour allocation, organized by reason code.
