From Training Needs Analysis, sourcing delegates, liasing with external training companies, organising venues (global) for all WCM Central courses.Distribution of all WCM Material globally including manuals, guides and ad hoc requestsAssist in the creation of the WCM Update Newsletter and distribute to over 11000 employees worldwide.Manage/review/amend/share the internal Good Practice Lessons received from over 70 plants to improve the ways of working within the company. Manage the WCM (World Class Manufacturing) Audit Database with 16 Auditors and over 70 plants throughout the world, including the distribution of the awards and the management of the WCM Audit and Evaluation Guide.Direct reporting to the WCM and Benchmarking Director.Process Invoices through SAP and keep records of all transactionsManage the WCM material from Noticeboards to manuals including new articles, training and audit information.Responsible for the management and update of the internal computerised information portal enabling all WCM employees to review over 2000 standard documents used within WCM. Organise corporate meetings and venues globally for the WCM Central TeamDaily communication through email system with Saint-gobain Employees from Executive to shopfloor employeesDealing on a daily basis with Operations directors, Plant Managers, Facilitators and Shop Floor Staff.Occasional travel to Paris for WCM Meetings Training received:- Manual Handling- First Aid at work- Advanced Excel- Advanced PowerPoint
