CurrentLead critical projects on process improvement and efficiency building across purchasing, team building, growth, outreach, analytics, compliance, and customer support.Identify operational inefficiencies, actualize creative solutions and communicate best practices across the organization. Target specific projects to be outsourced and enlist contractors for outsourcing work. Create systems and opportunities to ensure the right people are talking to each other and have insight into each others’ workProvide input to the development of customer relationship strategy.Ensure all established costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met. Manage contracts, budgets, and timelines.Manage order fulfillment process from customer inquiry to order delivery.Collaborate cross functionally with leaders to solve problems related to supply chain challenges, budget changes, profitability improvement targets, project schedules, operating plan management, and strategic planning as needed.Partner with overseas distributors to ensure contract compliance, troubleshoot issues, deliver on important deadlines, and provide other crucial information.Run the procurement process: planning, purchasing, PO’s, receiving, vendor relations, invoicing, and process reports.Conduct company compliance and administrative tasks including insurance, creating company policies, contracting and collaborating on legal work, and quarterly sales tax filing. Take the lead on HR tasks including onboarding new employees, posting open positions, coordinating with recruiters, and interviewing candidates.Provide team leadership: create employee compliance policies, manage company healthcare plans, encourage innovation, and drive company culture.Oversee marketing and outreach via social media, website, and conference presence.
