Responsible for creating, editing, and managing customer-facing documentation for Project Bonsai, a Deep Reinforcement Learning platform for training AI in simulation and with data.As Content Manager, I was responsible for establishing a consistent voice and style guide for Project Bonsai compatible with the established Microsoft voice/style guide, developing an overall content strategy, collaborating with PMs to identify and document customer experience workflows, defining a common product vocabulary, and empowering the larger team to contribute to customer documentation.As a technical writer and editor, I was responsible for customer-facing technical documentation for all Autonomous Systems documentation including Bonsai, Bonsai Connectors, and Bonsai Samples.
